Why Most Contractors Stay Stuck at Small Repair Jobs

It’s not your craftsmanship. It’s what every lead looks like when it reaches you: a name and a phone number, and no way to tell the $90K pavilion from the $600 picket swap.

Root cause

The problem is not lead volume.
It is the order of the conversation.

More Leads Won’t Fix a Broken Qualification Order

The Luxury Project Preview™

How TimberTrack Filters Out
Unqualified Buyers
Before They Reach You

Before a homeowner ever gets your number, they complete the Luxury Project Preview™, a guided planning experience that educates them on their project, captures their scope, photos, and timeline, and sends them out the other side with three things no ad can give them:

  • Full scope and selectionsStructure type, materials, finishes, and the choices they have already made.
  • Photos of the actual project siteReal conditions, real constraints — before you spend an evening driving to see them.
  • Stated investment comfortWhat they are prepared to spend, in their own words, captured before routing.
  1. 01PreviewThe homeowner completes the Luxury Project Preview™ — a guided planning experience, not a form.
  2. 02ScoreScope, photos, timeline, and investment comfort produce a Project Readiness Score™.
  3. 03RouteOnly qualified profiles route onward — once, to one contractor, in one territory.

By the time they book with you, they’re not a lead. They’re a project.

Fewer Dead-End Estimates.
More Signed Projects.

Every estimate you write for a lead who was never serious costs you a night at the kitchen table. TimberTrack ends that math.

Because every lead arrives with a Readiness Score™, stated investment comfort, and a complete project profile, you choose where your evenings go. You walk into consultations with homeowners who already know their scope, their style, and their next steps.

  • Scored First

Every lead arrives with a Project Readiness Score™ and a stated investment comfort level, before your first call, not after your first drive.

  • Routed Once

Straight into your CRM, tagged and complete. No marketplace, no auction, no race to be the first of four callers.

  • Your Territory

One contractor per market. When your territory is claimed, it’s closed to everyone else.

TT / Exclusive marketOne approved builder

One Market. One Route. One Contractor.
The Lead Is Yours.

Shared-lead companies turn every homeowner into a race against three or four other contractors. TimberTrack does not.

When a pre-qualified homeowner books in your service area, that opportunity is routed to you alone. It is not resold, recycled, or sent into a bid pile.

That exclusivity creates a real limit: we can work with only one approved luxury outdoor builder in each defined territory. If your market is open and we partner, it closes to competing TimberTrack contractors.

  1. 01Market opensYour territory is confirmed available on the fit call.
  2. 02Territory closesOnce you partner, that market comes off the board for every competing TimberTrack contractor.
  3. 03Leads routeEvery qualified homeowner in your area is routed to you alone — once.

Before you book

The Questions Contractors Ask Before They Change the Order

Clear answers on the Readiness-First Filter, exclusive routing, regional fit, and what TimberTrack does and does not promise.

01Does TimberTrack show my prices to homeowners?

Never. The Luxury Project Preview™ shows no prices, no ranges, and no estimates from you or anyone else. It educates homeowners on scope, style, and readiness. Pricing stays exactly where it belongs: in your consultation, on your terms.

02What exactly arrives with each lead?

A complete project profile: full scope and selections, photos of the actual project site, their stated investment comfort, and a Project Readiness Score™. It lands in your CRM tagged and complete — not as a name and a phone number.

03How do you know a lead is serious without showing them numbers?

Two ways. Homeowners tell us their investment comfort level directly during the Preview. And the Readiness Score™ measures how much real planning work they’ve done: photos uploaded, selections made, timeline set. Curiosity doesn’t finish a Preview. Serious homeowners do.

04Are the leads shared with other contractors?

No. One contractor per territory. Every lead generated in your market routes to you, once, exclusively.

05Do you only provide the TimberTrack tool, or can you handle all of my marketing?

Both. TimberTrack is built and operated by a full-service marketing team, so you can take the Filter on its own or hand over the wider program.

06What does getting started actually involve?

One Guided Onboarding™ call. We configure your services, your service area, and your lead delivery, and your market comes off the board for everyone else.

TT / Territory statusFit check

Is Your Market Still Open?

One contractor per territory. That’s the deal. Check if your market is still available and see exactly what the Luxury Project Preview™ would look like carrying your name.

Check My Territory

15-minute fit check. No obligation. Territory availability is confirmed on the call.

What Happens on the Call

  • We confirm whether your territory is still open
  • You see the Luxury Project Preview™ carrying your name
  • We map your services, service area, and ideal project size
  • You decide. No obligation either way.

This is a fit check, not a commitment. If your territory is already claimed, we’ll tell you on the call.
